My Story
Hello! My name is Amanda Pires. I am a 20 year resident of Gustine. I live here with my
husband, Eldred, and our four daughters. I was born in Turlock in 1980 and I attended Turlock
High School as well as Modesto Junior College majoring in Dairy Science. I then attended
Abrams college to obtain my EMT certification. I worked for 20 years at Lander Vet in a
microbiology lab. My husband and I share a passion for the dairy industry and operate a Dairy
Farm here in Gustine, as well as our new adventure of a Robotic Dairy in Stevinson. While our
children share our interests in agriculture, they themselves are very busy as well. Our oldest
Stella is a Sophomore and keeps busy by being active in the FFA, playing volleyball, soccer and
track and field in high school, as well as Club volleyball year-round. Our twins are in the middle
and in 8th grade. Faith also plays year-round club volleyball, as well as sports in middle school
and enjoys riding horses. Her twin, Lilly dances here in Gustine for the Cornerstone Dance
Crew. She enjoys the competition team and loves traveling to competitions. Our baby, Paige is
11 and her passion is for her horse. They are active girls and love being involved in our church
as well as all of their other activities. All four girls attended the dual immersion program in Hilmar
and are fluent in Spanish.
I have always enjoyed sports, playing all through high school as well as the Track and Field
team for Modesto Junior College. I enjoy helping coach Track and Field for Hilmar High School.
Spartan races are one of my favorite hobbies if I am ever able to make the time. My love for
Boot Camp style classes truly started in 2009. I loved learning and growing with Megan and I’m
thankful for the chance that Stephanie and Marc has given me to teach classes here at Cali
Form Fitness.
